MALVI PARIS issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:
- Item(s) is proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Malvi Paris will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
If you used an E-Gift Card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your E-Gift Card immediately.
Do E-Gift Cards expire?
No, Malvi Paris E-Gift Cards never expire and can be treated just like cash on our online store!
I received a partial refund after placing my order. What is this for?
One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed.
What if I used a Gift Card to pay for all or part of my order and there were out of stock item(s)?
The amount refunded will go back to the E-Gift Card that was used, any remaining balance will be returned to your other form of payment.
