These Terms & Conditions apply to every order you place with MADDY PARIS ("MADDY PARIS", "we", "us" or "our") through maddyparis.com. Please read them carefully and check that the details of your order are complete and accurate before submitting it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Placing an order
By placing an order you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that the information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept once we confirm and/or dispatch your order.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout and are payable in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers in compliance with PCI-DSS. Your card is charged when you complete checkout.
3. Discount codes
Only one discount code may be used per order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order where more than one code is applied, and to set eligibility conditions and maximum order values for codes.
4. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return items and receive refunds are set out in our returns and refund policy. Certain items may be marked as final sale and are non-returnable. Please review the returns and refund policy before ordering.
5. Delivery
Delivery timescales and options are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
6. Product descriptions and availability
We aim to describe and display our products accurately, but slight variations in colour and detail may occur. All products are subject to availability and we may withdraw or amend them at any time.
7. Our platform and your data
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell to you. Shopify processes your order and payment and stores your data securely behind a firewall. 8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products.
9. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, on an individual basis, to the extent permitted by law.
