During our Private Sale, inventory levels are limited and pieces are actively selling through. Orders placed during this period secure availability at current pricing. Cancelled orders do not guarantee re-availability of the same items once the maintenance period concludes.
From February 07 through February 25, MADDY PARIS will be conducting its annual warehouse maintenance — a scheduled operational process designed to enhance long-term efficiency, reliability, and fulfillment precision.
As a gesture of appreciation, all orders placed between February 07 and February 25 that are impacted by this maintenance-related delay and shipped on February 25 will receive a complimentary gift added to their parcel, with a value of $100 USD.
Order Processing Timeline
Orders placed between February 07 – February 25 will be scheduled for processing beginning February 26. Select best-selling pieces may continue to ship as normal and will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Availability
By placing an order during this period, clients are reserving their selected pieces at the current sale conditions, subject to remaining stock.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be submitted within 1–2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing. Due to limited seasonal inventory, cancelled orders may not be eligible for repurchase once the maintenance period has ended.

Orders placed prior to February 07 remain unaffected. In rare cases where adjustments are required, our customer support team will reach out directly with guidance and available options.
